Leisure Lakes Bikes in Bristol is recruiting forSales Assistants to join our expanding team. You will deliver exceptional customer service on a busy shop floor, advise on products, and help riders find the right cycling solutions.

We are looking for the following positions to be filled:

• 2 Full Time Sales

Role requirements

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operation of our store. You will be working on a busy shop floor, assisting customers with product advice, answering questions, and helping riders find the right solutions for their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Operating our workshop diary and booking system
• Using the EPOS till system
• Managing stock and assisting with stock takes
• Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers
• Undertaking general shop duties to support the smooth running of the store

Working Hours

Team members typically work an average of 35-40 Full Time and 16-24 Part time hours per week across seven days. Regular weekend and bank holiday working will be required as part of the rota. Split shifts will be required.
