Poundland in Wallsend is seeking a Sales Assistant to be the shop floor brand ambassador, helping create a welcoming environment for customers. You will help keep the store stocked, support deliveries and ensure tills run smoothly with a friendly, can-do attitude.

No prior retail experience is required as full training will be provided. You will join a lively team and have opportunities to develop your skills, with rewards including discounts, extra holiday, wellbeing support, and a clear path

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store stocked and neat on the shop floor.
• Deliver fantastic customer service and assist customers on tills.
• Support deliveries and ensure tills run smoothly and the store environment is safe, tidy and welcoming.
