Job summary

Frasers Group's sofa.com showroom in Castleford is seeking a passionate Sales Advisor for a 16-hour-per-week role with weekend availability. You will be the first point of contact, advising customers with inspirational ideas to fulfil their needs and provide an exceptional in-store experience.

You will maintain showroom standards, assist customers in selecting products, and stay up-to-date with interior trends while representing the sofa.com brand.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with interiors/furniture.
• Strong sales experience and awareness of trends.
• Ambitious and confident with a can-do attitude.
• Enthusiastic and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
• Desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh ideas.
• Proficient in MS Office and general IT.
