Job summary

DFS Furniture PLC in Cardiff is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to guide customers toward the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You will bring your passion for great service to make every customer feel at home. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary.

Hours are flexible with a focus on peak times to boost earnings. You’ll join a team that values growth, holiday entitlement, and staff discounts on DFS and Sofology products.

About the role

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer's home. We're looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary.
