Job summary

WHSmith PLC stores network across hospitals and rail stations seeks a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional service, maintain standards, and assist customers in finding products. You will work across multiple sites and shifts, contributing to a welcoming, tidy store environment while collaborating with colleagues to meet company goals.

Applicants should be comfortable with team communication, driven to achieve high standards, and flexible to cover varied site hours and duties.

Applicant will need to be flexible to work across all 3 sites of Royal Sussex Hospital, Alexandra Childrens Hospital & Brighton Rail. There will also be some single manning involved so the applicant needs to be 18yrs or older

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
