Job summary

WHSmith in Birmingham is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service, work independently or as part of a team, and uphold our store standards. The role requires flexibility across a variety of shifts (including early mornings, afternoons, weekends) to meet business needs.

Job description

This is a fully flexible position, candidates must be able to work a variety of shifts across the week to meet the needs of the business (typical shifts are 6am-2pm / 2pm- 10pm). We trade 8am-10pm on Sundays, 6am-10pm Monday to Friday and 6am - 11pm on Saturdays.

As a Sales Assistant you'll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
