Job summary

WHSmith is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service across the store on weekends in Falkirk. You will work 12 hours per week, providing friendly support while maintaining store standards and helping customers find what they need.

You’ll also handle stock replenishment, ensure displays are neat and inviting, and collaborate with the team to meet high standards and goals. Over-18 due to loan working requirements.

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
