WHSmith Travel is hiring a Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service across multiple sites in and around Brighton. You will work as part of a small team or independently to uphold our high store standards and visually appealing displays.

The role involves stock replenishment, maintaining a tidy shopping environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent customer experiences. The position includes weekend and shift work across locations around Brighton.

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail setting.

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
