Nespresso is seeking an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador for our Birmingham boutique. You will welcome, advise, and inspire customers, guiding them through product choices while maintaining the brand’s luxury image.

In this role, you’ll engage with shoppers, ensure a pristine, inviting store environment, and collaborate with the team to manage customer flow and daily operations. A passion for exceptional service and relationship-building is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to manage store operations and customer flow.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels on shelves and review daily sales and feedback.
