Passionate about coffee and motivated to share that passion? Join our Coffee Advisor Programme at the prestigious John Lewis department store. As a Nespresso Coffee Advisor, you’ll lead in‑store demonstrations, create exceptional brand experiences, and drive customer engagement.

Your Role

• Build strong relationships with customers by sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee.
• Showcase Nespresso’s premium coffee machines and products, using your expertise to highlight their unique features.
• Drive customer acquisition by converting interest into successful sales, ensuring customers leave with a memorable experience and a deeper connection to the Nespresso brand.
