An exciting opportunity has arisen within our site in Redditch. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join us as a Sales Apprentice.

During this 18-month Apprenticeship programme, alongside academic learning, you will gain practical sales experience by working with the Sales, Customer Service, Design, Commercial, and wider site teams. Your responsibilities will include contacting customers to understand their packaging requirements, raising enquiries, handling customer queries, liaising with relevant teams to ensure enquiries and orders are processed swiftly and efficiently, and gaining an understanding of the wider DS Smith business and the UK Corrugated market. A successful apprenticeship may lead to various roles within the company, including in Sales, Design, or Customer Service.

While based at the site, you will be part of the broader DSSmith team, supporting and working towards excellence in Sales and Customer Service.
