Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading supplier of various racking and storage solutions looking to recruit a new Trainee Sales Executive to cover and develop their client base in postcodes across the LE, NN & NG postcodes. With excellent, uncapped commission opportunities and scope for growth, this is a great opportunity for an experienced capital equipment sales professional looking for a new opportunity.

Responsibilities

1. Managing an existing client base across the LE, NN & NG postcodes
2. Business development across the same area
3. Generate new business by visiting customers on site, conducting site surveys and providing customer quotes for racking and related equipment
4. Providing a consultative sales approach to win new business in racking and storage solutions
5. Taking responsibility for the region's revenue stream and overall growth
6. Keeping the CRM system updated and maintaining organization with customers

Requirements

There is no strict background required for this role, but the company is keen to speak with individuals with a sales background from a technical industry or even those with no relevant experience but who can demonstrate the ability to grasp the industry quickly. Ideally, candidates will be able to read CAD drawings or have some design-focused experience, though this is not essential. Ultimately, the company is looking for driven and energetic individuals with professionalism and a long-term goal of building a sales career.
