Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kingston upon Thames to support the Store Manager in leading the retail team and driving daily operations.

The role blends leadership, customer service, and operational management, requiring a hands-on leader who ensures the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals. A proactive, fast-paced environment experience is valued, with opportunities for growth within Clarks.

Formación

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPIs and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

About the role
