Job summary

Clarks in Cambridge is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the retail team and driving daily operations. You will be a hands-on leader, ensuring the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals, while motivating and guiding colleagues.

The role requires comfort with KPI tracking, excellent communication, and flexibility to work a 7-day pattern including weekends. Experience with POS systems and inventory management is valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Comfortable driving KPIs and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Solid organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations.
