This is a full-time position reporting directly into the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting the team in the successful operation of the gym, with a specific focus on driving new member sales, maximising retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies both inside and outside of the gym.

- Monitor dashboards and KPIs, sharing insights with the team
- Drive revenue across membership sales, products, and secondary lines to improve profitability
- Deliver monthly sales presentations to management
- Build relationships with local businesses to develop partnerships
- Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
- Participate in national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
- Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
- Assist with operational tasks including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Show passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities
- Adapt communication style as needed
- Maintain a positive, solutions-driven mindset
- Champion member experience with exceptional interpersonal skills
