Job summary

A1 Jobs is recruiting an experienced Sales & Operations Manager in Glasgow to lead a team of valuers and sales negotiators, overseeing private and corporate seller instructions and ensuring smooth delivery of stock and sales progression.

You will work directly with the Managing Director, balancing individual seller needs with corporate reporting deadlines, using CRM systems, and applying AML and data protection practices while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directly managing valuers and sales negotiators within estate agency or property auctions.
• Experience handling private seller instructions and corporate client accounts.
• Demonstrable record of achieving team sales and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Scottish property market, especially Glasgow and surrounds.
• Understanding of Scottish conveyancing, including missives and settlement.
• Experience with CRM systems and producing reports and forecasts.

Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead a team of valuers and sales negotiators, overseeing property sales for both private and corporate sellers.

This is a senior, hands‑on role with responsibility for team management, valuations, instructions, property stock, auction delivery and sales progression. Working directly with the Managing Director, you will strengthen the sales operation and support the next stage of the business's growth.

Looking for someone with proven experience who can take ownership, manage competing priorities and deliver results through a team. You must be comfortable balancing the needs of individual sellers with the reporting requirements, approval processes and deadlines of corporate clients.

Essential Experience and Knowledge

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Proven experience directly managing valuers and sales negotiators within estate agency or property auctions.

• Strong knowledge of the Scottish property market, particularly Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
• A sound understanding of Scottish conveyancing, including legal packs, missives and settlement.
• Experience managing property stock, pricing strategies, negotiations and sales progression.
• Confidence working to corporate service levels, reporting deadlines and approval requirements.
• Practical knowledge of AML and data protection in property sales.
• Strong leadership, commercial judgement, organisation and communication skills.
