Job summary

A1 Jobs is recruiting an experienced Sales & Operations Manager in Glasgow to lead a team of valuers and sales negotiators, overseeing private and corporate seller instructions and ensuring smooth delivery of stock and sales progression.

You will work directly with the Managing Director, balancing individual seller needs with corporate reporting deadlines, using CRM systems, and applying AML and data protection practices while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directly managing valuers and sales negotiators within estate agency or property auctions.
• Experience handling private seller instructions and corporate client accounts.
• Demonstrable record of achieving team sales and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Scottish property market, especially Glasgow and surrounds.
• Understanding of Scottish conveyancing, including missives and settlement.
• Experience with CRM systems and producing reports and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership and people development of valuers and negotiators.
• Oversee private and corporate seller instructions and client relationships.
• Lead valuations and secure instructions from buyers and sellers.
• Manage property stock, pipeline, and auction deliveries.
• Drive delivery timelines and sales progression through deals.
• Monitor commercial performance and identify business development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance and uphold client service standards, AML and data protection.
