An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international cosmetics business as a Sales and Education Manager. Working within a positive, energising culture focused on excellence, you will experience outstanding job satisfaction daily. This role requires travel across the North of England.
The Sales and Education Manager will be responsible for driving sales within a partner portfolio covering around 30 doors in the North. You will be at the forefront of the brand, educating and engaging beauty advisors in-store. Your role will involve inspiring others to achieve brand goals, increase awareness, and boost retail sales. Additionally, you will ensure all brand guidelines and operational standards are maintained across all stores.
The ideal candidate will have strong training experience, a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs, and experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry. Cosmetic artistry experience is a plus but not required.
