OneAdvanced seeks an HE Account Manager to join their Higher Education team. This developmental role involves managing relationships, supporting contract processes, and achieving growth targets within the sector. As a key member of our Higher Education team, the HE Account Manager will work closely with the Account Director to drive growth and success within the Higher Education sector. This role is designed to be developmental, with the Account Director providing structured support in learning our portfolio of products, understanding the HE sector, and building core account management skills. Success in this role relies on strong collaboration, ensuring targets are met through a shared effort in account development, opportunity management, and revenue achievement.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in account management, customer success, or sales support, preferably in software or HE. Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and passion for learning about the HE sector and software solutions for education.
