Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Manager-level Analytics Lead to drive strategic data initiatives across the business. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, develop scalable data models, and translate complex data into clear insights for decision-makers.

You will collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams, define reporting standards, ensure data quality, and promote a data-driven culture across the organisation. Hybrid working in London.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Strong SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL and data management.
• Excellent data storytelling and communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives aligned with priorities and business goals.
• Develop, build and maintain Power BI dashboards for actionable insights.
• Create scalable data models and structure raw data for analysis.
• Analyse trends, risks and opportunities for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales/Account Management to translate challenges into data solutions.
• Track core metrics and report on campaigns, usage, and migration progress.
• Define reporting standards to drive consistency and adoption.
• Act as data steward with governance and quality controls.
• Promote a data-driven culture across the business.
