Job summary

PSD Group is seeking a Head of Analytics for its London hybrid capability to lead a centralised Analytics & MI function in consumer finance, shaping data-driven decision making for senior stakeholders. Qualifications

Experience leading an Analytics function in consumer finance.
Strong ability to present complex analysis as strategic insight.
Proven track record engaging at Board level.
Hands-on AI analytics experience and data-driven decision making.
Strong coding skills in SQL or Python.
Experience automating reporting and improving data structures.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a centralised Analytics & MI team supporting Finance, Marketing and the executive team.
Provide clear, actionable insight to the Board and senior committees, aligning output to business objectives.
Drive automation of key reporting and improve data structures (Snowflake and Power BI).
Oversee the Decision Engine programme through a Decision Engine Manager.
Identify and adopt AI opportunities to improve analytics impact.
Prioritise workload across multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on technically whilst coaching the team and setting best practices.
Build a culture of accountability and develop storytelling to influence stakeholders.
