Job summary

Croud is seeking a Lead Analyst in London to spearhead analytics and measurement solutions for multiple client portfolios. You will work with senior analytics leaders to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and insight generation, and develop proposals for data solutions.

The role emphasizes explaining complex data in digestible stories to clients. You will build strong data foundations, implement testing and CRO, and collaborate with the Looker Studio and GA4 ecosystems to drive optimization

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in digital or marketing analytics, preferably in an agency or performance-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics concepts and media effectiveness measurement.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
• Ability to explain data analysis and visualization concepts clearly to clients.
• Proficient in data aggregation, automation, and dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Connect Media & Creative to Business Outcomes: collaborate with clients to identify challenges and plan projects.
• Data Aggregation & Dashboarding: build dashboards and reports across channels with accuracy and consistency.
• Experimentation Setup & Management: design, run, and monitor robust testing strategies with cross-functional teams.
• CRO Strategy & Implementation: manage CRO setup and report learnings to clients.
• Performance Analysis & Insights: surface trends and insights to inform optimization discussions.
• Attribution Modeling & Customer Journey Analysis: manage attribution and journey reporting.
• CRM Segmentation & Analysis: perform segmentation and optimize frequency with first-party data.
• Website Audits & Tracking Implementation: assess data quality and improve tracking accuracy.
