London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a data analytics professional to lead analytics initiatives, deliver measurable business impact, and partner with Sales and Account Management to translate challenges into data-driven solutions. You will build scalable Power BI dashboards and robust data models to surface actionable insights for decision-makers in a hybrid London environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Excellent Power BI knowledge with DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Strong SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL, data lakes and data management.
• Strong data visualisation and storytelling with business impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Data quality management and governance experience.
• Ability to work with multi-functional teams to improve reporting trust.

Job description

Responsibilities: Lead and deliver analytics initiatives aligned with priorities and business goals, ensuring measurable impact. Develop, build and maintain Power BI dashboards that surface clear, actionable insights for decision-makers. Build scalable data models and convert raw data into structured, analysis-ready formats tailored to business needs. Analyse trends, risks and opportunities to provide insights into strategic and operational decisions. Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions. Track and report on core metrics, including usage, campaign performance, harmonisation and migration progress. Define and embed reporting and visualisation standards to drive consistency, transparency and adoption. Act as a data steward for priority datasets, ensuring robust data quality, governance and control frameworks. Promote a data-driven culture by integrating insights into everyday decision-making across the business.

Skills & Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related subject area. Sophisticated Power BI knowledge, including DAX, Power Query and data modelling; Salesforce experience are useful. Strong SQL capability for data extraction, transformation and analysis. Solid grasp of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, data lakes and data management principles. Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills, with a focus on clarity and business impact. Superb communication and presentation skills, able to translate sophisticated analysis into actionable insights. Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive self‑starter with a good sense of ownership, accountability and delivery focus. Understanding of data quality management, including controls, issue identification, remediation tracking and continuous improvement. Ability to work with multi‑functional teams to improve data integrity, transparency and trust in reporting.
