Service Service in Norwich seeks a Sales Agent to cover Monday to Friday with weekends off. The role offers a basic salary with commission, training provided and an OTE of £29,000–£50,000 per year. Hours are 8am to 6:15pm after training, with weekends off.

No prior sales experience is required; a confident telephone presence and friendly customer service approach are valued. The role emphasizes warm calling, CRM updates and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound warmth calls to interested customers.
• Processing applications and converting them to appointments/leads.
• Building rapport with customers during calls.
• Updating the CRM system with call details.
• Meeting KPI targets and contributing to sales goals.
• Warm calling only to qualify prospects.

Sales Agent - Monday to Friday (weekends off!)

£29,000 k - £50,000 k per annum OTE, Salary PLUS commission

Fully paid training provided

After the two week training programme the hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 6.15pm.

No previous sales experience required - you must be confident on the telephone and have an upbeat and enthusiastic personality, with some previous customer service skills.

• Making outbound calls - all warm calls! Everyone has expressed an interest in taking your call
• Processing customers applications and converting to appointments/leads
• Building rapport with customers
