Maitland Selwyn is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor for a busy development near Burgess Hill in Sussex. The role focuses on welcoming prospective buyers, showcasing new-build homes and guiding customers through the purchasing process from initial interest to completion.

You will manage enquiries, progress reservations, negotiate offers, and strive to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

£38,000 Basic Salary | £65,000 OTE

The Package

• Basic Salary: £38,000

• On-Target Earnings: £65,000

• Working Days: Thursday to Monday

• Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm

• Days Off: Tuesday and Wednesday
