ARNE is launching a brand-new store in Leeds and is seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join the team. You’ll welcome customers, share the ARNE story, and deliver exceptional service, helping shape the future of ARNE in a growing retail environment.

Join as the face of ARNE, engage with shoppers, stay informed on product launches and campaigns, and work with the team to hit sales targets while maintaining high visual standards and a memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional in-store service throughout the full customer journey.
• Build rapport with customers and recommend suitable products based on knowledge of stock.
• Confidently handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed on product launches, promotions, and retail trends to drive sales.
• Work with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high visual standards.
• Operate tills accurately, processing purchases, refunds and exchanges.
• Support loss prevention and stay vigilant on the shop floor.

Following the incredible success of our flagship store at Liverpool ONE, we’re continuing our exciting retail journey with the launch of a brand-new store in Leeds.

We are therefore looking for passionate, customer focused individuals to join our Team!

You’ll be the face of ARNE, welcoming customers, sharing our story, and delivering exceptional customer service! • Engage with customers to deliver exceptional in-store service throughout the fullcustomerjourney.
• Build rapport with customers whilstidentifyingcustomer needs and recommend suitable products based on product knowledge, bestsellersand new arrivals in store.
• Confidently handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on product launches, promotions, competitor activity, and retail trends to drive sales performance.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, promote key campaigns, andmaintainhigh visual standards.
• Operate tills accurately and responsibly,processingpurchases, refunds, and exchanges in line with storepolicy andprocedures
• Support loss prevention byremainingvigilant on the shop floor.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers confidently.
• Previousexperience in a retail or sales environment, with a strong understanding ofexcellent customer service.
• Competent in using point-of-sale systems, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash responsibly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuringhigh standardsacross the store.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, andpeakperiods
