Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional in-store service throughout the full customer journey.
• Build rapport with customers and recommend suitable products based on knowledge of stock.
• Confidently handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed on product launches, promotions, and retail trends to drive sales.
• Work with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high visual standards.
• Operate tills accurately, processing purchases, refunds and exchanges.
• Support loss prevention and stay vigilant on the shop floor.
