Key responsibilities include image editing, colour correction, clipping of products, and managing assets within our catalogue. The role requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a track record of delivering high-quality visuals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Edit and colour-correct product images to ensure accurate colour matching with garments.
• Retouch high volumes of images, including batch processing, resizing and alignment.
• Clip products such as models, footwear, apparel and accessories.
• Retouch invisible mannequin, model and still life images.
• Follow detailed retouching guidelines to maintain brand quality.

ARNE is a UK-based apparel and footwear brand based in Birchwood Park, near Warrington. We design and develop all our products in the UK, working with trusted manufacturing partners across both the near and far east.

All our products are available directly to customers through ARNEclo.com, offering a seamless online shopping experience. We’re also proud to be stocked in Selfridges, both in-store and online, and we’ve recently opened our first permanent retail store at Liverpool ONE – a huge milestone for the brand.

Looking ahead, we have ambitious goals for the next decade, and the team firmly believes they’re all achievable. From launching new product categories and expanding internationally to investing in paid media, CRM, and growing our retail presence — the next chapter for ARNE is shaping up to be an exciting one. We’ve come a long way from starting out in Mum’s bungalow back in 2018 to our all-new, fully bespoke HQ. This space will be our home for at least the next 5–10 years, and while it’s not quite our style to shout too loudly, it’s here that we plan to reach our goals, take ARNE global, and further establish ourselves as a truly iconic UK brand.

We are looking for a skilled Retoucher to join the ARNE team, ensuring all product and campaign imagery is edited to the highest standard and aligns seamlessly with our brand across ecommerce, digital marketing and social channels.

Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include:

• Image editing and colour correction/match images with garments/products ensuring consistent colour accuracy
• Retouching high volume of images to include batch processing, resizing and alignment.
• Clipping a variety of products including Model, footwear, apparel and accessories
• Retouch invisible mannequin, model and still life
• Retouching creative images.
• Accurately follow detailed retouching guidelines
• ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained
• Maintain and organise assets on our e-commerce platform and internal catalogue

• Exceptional colour correction and image editing skills, with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all imagery meets the highest quality and brand standards.
• Previous experience working within an ecommerce photography studio, creative agency, or a similar image retouching or creative production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with the ability to retouch imagery to a professional standard.
• Strong understanding of retouching workflows, image management processes, and best practices.
• Highly organised and efficient, with a completer-finisher mindset and a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Able to use initiative, work independently, and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Capable of maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive approach and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
• Passion for delivering premium, on-brand imagery that enhances the customer experience across ecommerce and marketing channels.
