ARNE Clo Ltd in Leeds is seeking an ambitious Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage a high‑performing team and achieve financial and service targets.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead customer service excellence, merchandising, stock control and staff development while upholding store standards and a positive, collaborative culture. This role offers growth within a fashion‑forward brand.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Manager experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

As part of this, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Store Manager to join our team and play a key role in bringing the ARNE experience to life in our new location.

Reporting to our Area Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving an exceptional customer experience, leading a high performing team and achieving financial and operational targets. You will play a vital role in driving sales and engaging customers with our products.

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including team schedules, inventory control, and customer service.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.

• Ensure exceptional customer service levels are maintained at all times, addressing customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and efficient stock management.

• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote a strong customer service ethos.
• Collaborate with the Head Office to implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication within the store team.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

Essential Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Store Manager within the retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• A passion for fashion with an excellent understanding of current industry trends.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
