Job summary

Saltrock Surfwear Ltd. is seeking a Sales Advisor on a 16-hour contract to join our retail team and deliver an excellent in-store experience. You will work with an energetic team, engaging with customers and supporting merchandising as needed.

The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining store standards, and providing product information while representing the Saltrock brand in a friendly, coastal lifestyle environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude delivering excellent in-store experience.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
• Brand passion and product knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales targets while processing transactions with care.
• Create a welcoming store environment for customers.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for a safe store.
• Provide product information including features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep products neat, tidy, and replenished as needed.
• Support merchandising in line with guidelines.
• Handle keyholder duties when required.

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energeticteam, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers deliveringan excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve salestargets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand whileprocessing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positiveexperience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standardthe outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed ourcustomers with information about our product including features and benefitsand stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidyand presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction withour guidelines
• Keyholder responsibilities

• Competent at till operations and Cash/cardhandling
