Job summary

Bellway plc is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a site-based role in The Lothians, Scotland East Division. You will drive sales, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with solicitors and advisors to secure contracts and completions.

The role includes occasional travel to divisional offices and flexible hours, with a daytime to weekend schedule. You will demonstrate product knowledge, lead tours of show homes, and maintain CRM data while upholding Bellway’s health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in the housebuilding industry is beneficial but not required.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Knowledge of property sales and marketing processes.
• Ability to engage with customers in person, including home visits.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with property professionals and external agencies.
• Current full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets set by senior management.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure timely contracts and completions.
• Present show homes and stock plots to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Maintain Bellway’s CRM records and site standards.
• Attend weekly Sales/Site meetings and follow up on action points.
• Ensure site visitors are informed of health and safety policies and accompanied by a Bellway representative.
