Job summary

Bellway Homes is recruiting a Part Time Sales Advisor for a Swindon/Chippenham development. The role involves achieving sales targets, guiding customers through the home buying process, and coordinating with solicitors and advisors.

The position is predominantly site-based with some travel to divisional offices and a flexible schedule, including weekends. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, knowledge of the home buying process, a full UK driving licence, and strong

Qualifications

Experience in housebuilding and delivering excellent customer service would be beneficial.
Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to site-based work.
Experience dealing with customers, solicitors and financial advisors is preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and progress reservations through contract exchange and completion.
Show customers around show homes, plots and sites to demonstrate products and benefits.
Maintain high site presentation, ensure CRM accuracy, and coordinate with the Site Manager.
