Job summary

Bellway Homes is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a North London Division development in Hare's Leap, Henham, Essex. You will drive sales, manage customer interactions, and guide buyers through the homebuying process, with focus on high service standards and timely completions.

The role involves site-based work with occasional travel to divisional offices, flexible hours including weekends, and a structured commission element along with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Experience in the housebuilding industry is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service experience is required.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Knowledge of property sales and marketing process.
• Experience dealing with customers during home visits.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and progress reservations to contract exchange.
• Guide customers around show homes and plots to showcase products.
• Liaise with solicitors, financial advisors, and customers for timely completions.
• Maintain site presentation and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in Bellway's CRM and coordinate with Site Manager.
