Job summary

Miller Homes Ltd is recruiting for 3 Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) roles in the Scotland West region, covering Glasgow and surrounding areas. You will lead the development sales function and act as the primary Miller Homes contact for customers throughout pre-start to post-completion stages.

The role emphasizes securing home sales, guiding customers, presenting developments to reflect high standards, and delivering excellent service with strong commission potential.

Qualifications

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role.
• A presentable, customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service.
• Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development.
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and issues, offering solutions with maximum results.

Responsibilities

• To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process,
• Take responsibility for the development's presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards

We are looking to recruit 3 Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic Scotland West region. The role will see you take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.

Sales Advisor Responsibilities
