Entry-level Sales Advisor - OTE of £24-30k per annum - Immediate Starts Available

Our client, a leading field sales and marketing company, in the fundraising sector, based in Liverpool, are currently looking for driven and ambitious Sales Advisors with full time availability to start immediately in their growing team due to their clients high demand for new customers. Sales Advisors will be given full client training so you fully understand who you are representing as well as the structure of the business and how you can make the most out of the role on offer.

Please note: Our client is ideally looking for candidates with a valid drivers license and access to own vehicle.

Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

• To attend initial training in the office and our client recommends you also attend ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and a good customer experience
• To learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informed
• To speak with members of the public within field sales campaigns face to face with the main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness and produce sales on behalf of you client
• To provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them.

Sales Advisor Requirements:

• Preferred Driver with own vehicle
• Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development session to improve sales ability
• Must be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in Liverpool (5 days a week)
• Must have great English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
