Job summary

Miller Homes is seeking a Sales Advisor to join the Scotland East region (Edinburgh). You will manage the development sales function from pre-start to post completion, acting as the primary contact for new and existing customers and ensuring the highest standards of presentation and service.

You will meet prospective customers, guide them through the house-buying journey, analyse customer needs and contribute to achieving company targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

We are looking to recruit a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic Scotland East region. The role will see you take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.

SALES ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process,
• Take responsibility for the development’s presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards

SALES ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role
• A presentable, customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service
• Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and issues, offering solutions with maximum results
