Job summary

Wards of Kent is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team in Kent. You will engage with customers, promote additional services, and help them find their perfect home while maintaining a high-energy, friendly approach.

The role includes a basic salary of £21,000 with an uncapped commission plan and guaranteed earnings for the first four months, plus ongoing commission support to achieve a minimum combined income of £29,400. A driving license is essential.

• Organise and host viewings and open days with your friendly and welcoming vibe
• Get offers agreed and accepted - watch your efforts pay off

The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,000
• Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays - balance is key!
