Job summary

Cubitt & West in Redhill is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team. The role offers a basic salary of £21,000 with uncapped commission, including guaranteed earnings for the first four months and a minimum combined income of £29,400.

You will engage with customers by phone, present additional services, and organise viewings and open days. Successful candidates will drive offers and hand over keys to new homes in a dynamic environment.

The Package
Basic Salary: £21,000
Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays - balance is key!

Essential: A full driving license and your own car
