As a Rituals Advisor, you are part of our store team. You engage directly with our customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on which of our products are the perfect match.   1. Working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve your goals and those of the store.
  2. Interacting with customers daily to provide ‘Best in Class’ customer service.
  3. Following store safety procedures.
  4. Keeping the store clean and tidy at all times, ensuring products are presented according to Rituals' visual merchandising standards.
  5. Becoming an expert in our rituals, products, and treatments, with ample opportunities to expand your knowledge through our training programs.
