Job summary

Saltrock is seeking a Sales Advisor on an 8 hour contract to join our Retail team. You’ll work with an energetic team and help deliver an excellent in-store experience for customers while driving sales.

As part of Saltrock, you’ll showcase product features, maintain presentation standards and assist with stock, markdowns and merchandising according to guidelines. Uniform allowance, 50% staff discount and pro-rated holiday are offered.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner fitting company culture.
• Passion for selling and interacting with customers.
• Recognition of importance of strong visual merchandising.
• Competent with till operations and cash/card handling.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience in-store, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards to keep the store healthy and safe.
• Provide information about product features and benefits and stock availability to customers.
• Assist with markdowns/price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep products tidy, presentable, and replenish as needed.
• Support merchandising according to guidelines.
• Process deliveries and fulfill keyholder responsibilities.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You'll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines
• Process deliveries
