Job summary

Saltrock, a British coastal lifestyle brand, is looking for a Sales Advisor on a 4 hour contract to join our Retail team. You’ll work with an energetic team, delivering excellent in-store experiences and helping customers with product knowledge.

You will support sales targets, keep the store inviting, handle transactions, and assist with merchandising and deliveries while maintaining high housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to handle till and cash/card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by delivering excellent customer service.
• Create a welcoming in-store experience for customers.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and safe.
• Provide product information and check stock availability.
• Support markdown/price changes within set times.
• Maintain product presentation and replenish as needed.
• Assist with merchandising per guidelines.
• Process deliveries.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines
• Process deliveries

• Experience in Retail would be desirable but not essential
