Job summary

Saltrock in Poole is hiring a Sales Advisor on a 4 hour contract. You will join our Retail team, working with an energetic crew to deliver an excellent in-store experience for customers.

You will help drive sales, ensure a friendly store atmosphere, maintain high housekeeping standards, and assist with merchandising and stock deliveries. Previous retail experience is welcome but not required, with a focus on customer service and brand engagement.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner aligned with Saltrock culture.
• Passion for selling and engaging with customers.
• Strong visual merchandising awareness.
• Competent with till operations and cash/card handling.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience in store, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep housekeeping to a high standard to maintain a healthy and safe store.
• Provide product information including features, benefits, and stock availability to customers.
• Assist with markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales.
• Keep product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed.
• Support merchandising in accordance with guidelines.
• Process deliveries.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic
team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering
an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve sales
  targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while
  processing sales transactions with care

• Be able to feed our
  customers with information about our product including features and benefits
  and stock availability

• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with
  our guidelines
• Process deliveries
