Job summary

Persimmon Homes is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to guide buyers through the journey from first enquiry to key handover at our developments across the UK. You will deliver exceptional service, present homes, discuss pricing and incentives, and drive successful completions.

You'll welcome visitors, conduct in-person and virtual viewings, stay informed about pricing and offers, and collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches.

About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You’ll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.

What you’ll do as a Sales Advisor

What experience do I need?

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency
• Able to work Thursday through to Monday 10am-5pm (our busiest times!)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable
