Job summary

Persimmon plc is recruiting a New Homes Sales Advisor on a fixed term maternity cover. You’ll guide purchasers from initial inquiry through to handover, delivering excellent customer service across our developments in the UK.

In this on-site role, you’ll conduct viewings, stay informed on pricing and incentives, and collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches. A full UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency.
• Able to work Thursday through to Monday 10am-5pm (our busiest times!)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments
• Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently
• Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions

About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You’ll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.
