Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to identify new sales opportunities.
• Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Research prospective clients to understand their business needs.
• Build a consistent sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to each customer.
• Overcome customer objections using advanced negotiation techniques.
• Close sales deals effectively over the telephone.
• Manage customer accounts to encourage repeat business.

Skills and Experience

• A passion for and experience in delivering f antastic customer service.
• Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position.
• Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
• Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve.
• Knowledge of SOP systems.
• To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets.
