Job summary

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our branch network in the UK. You will build relationships with customers, drive sales, and provide outstanding service while promoting LKQ Euro Car Parts products.

We value team players who can communicate clearly, plan effectively, and work with colleagues across departments to meet customer needs. A supportive, growth-focused environment awaits you.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering fantastic customer service.
• Experience in a sales advisor/customer service role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve.
• Familiarity with SOP systems is a plus.
• Results-driven and motivated to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales, improve margin and have excellent customer service within the branch.
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings to customers and be seen as the trusted advisor
• Working collaboratively with the other areas of the branch, ensuring that the customer needs are met
• Ensure all call backs are completed in a timely manner
• Work closely with other internal teams across the business to understand our products and be one step ahead of our customer needs
• Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand customer returns and look to reduce our return rate by building better relationships with our customers
• Utilising relevant business data to understand the opportunities across all customer bands and product groups

• Knowledge of SOP systems
• To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
