Job summary

The Portfolio Group is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to join our Manchester team. This role offers a fast-paced, energetic sales floor with immediate start and strong earning potential through commission and bonuses.

You'll handle confident telephone-based sales, book meetings from quality leads, and work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. An initial 1+ year of telephone sales is required, with opportunities for progression within the first year.

Overview

Sales Advisor position with an immediate start on 3rd August. One‑stage interview, offer within days, and you begin earning immediately.

Location

Manchester – workplace with parking directly across the road.

Compensation

• Basic salary up to £30,000
• Uncapped commission – £65,000+ OTE
• Guaranteed bonus included in the wage during the first 3 months, so commission appears in the first pay packet
• Two salary reviews per year

• Office hours Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
