Our client are looking for people to join their busy Leicester office immediately due to huge client demand. They are currently expanding, and have had roles become available full time within their fun and lively residential campaigns team, in the sales and customer service sector.

This role requires candidates to have a professional level of English speaking skills and be able work 5 full days per week Mon-Fri. This role is not suitable for candidates still in education.

What you will be doing?

• You will meet customers face to face, gauge there interest in a product or service, give a comprehensive explanation about the brand and product and service, with the main aim to get customers signed up and onboarded
• You will take customers through the sales process
• You will provide an excellent customer experience and customer service
• You will be expected to attend meetings and get involved in the supportive and inclusive company culture our client tries to facilitate

Candidates must;

• Be great at working with customers
• Enjoy working in a team
• Be able to work the equivalent of full time hours, 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
• Want to deliver high standards of customer service
• Be over the age of 18
• Be willing and able to commute to and work within the Leicester area
• Have a professional level of English speaking and skills to be considered for this role.

Even though no experience is needed for these roles people with the following experience tend to flourish in this self employed role: Sales Assistants, Bartenders, Retail Assistants, Care Assistants, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Warehouse Operatives, Shop Assistants, however all possessing high levels of Customer Service and excellent work ethic.

This role offers a flexible schedule and financial bonus's and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and hitting targets.
