Role Description

The Sales Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Plumbase branch in Haslemere. The Sales Advisor will serve customers at the trade counter, provide product advice, and process orders efficiently and accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting the branch team in meeting sales and service targets. The role involves handling inquiries by phone and in person, maintaining a well-presented sales area, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure stock availability and smooth branch operations. The Sales Advisor may also support training for new team members and assist with promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
