Job summary

ProCook in Gretna is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to engage customers, share product knowledge, and help them select the perfect culinary tools. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, delivering excellent service and influencing buying decisions through guidance and product insight.

The role is 16 hours per week across 2 days with shifts up to 4 hours, including weekends. Benefits include training, targets-based bonus, and a vibrant, supportive team culture.

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our friendly Gretna Store! We have a permanent part time contract working 16hrs per week.

Working pattern up to 4 x 4hour shifts to be worked across 2 days in the week and weekends

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
